Faulty Items


Here at The Entertainer, the quality of our products is at the heart of our business. 

Sometimes though there are bumps in the road which can mean that an item may need to be returned as faulty so we aim to make this as straightforward as possible for you. 

The fastest and most straightforward way to return a faulty item would be to pop down to your local Entertainer store where our store colleagues will be more than happy to find out what's wrong with the item and offer to replace, exchange or refund anything that is found to be faulty after testing. 

Don't forget your proof of purchase though. We need this to be able to process any faulty return. 


Although some of our electronic toys are covered by a year's warranty, others we will accept back within a reasonable period of time – up to 90 days – and offer a repair, replacement or refund (either full or partial depending on usage).

We will consider accepting a toy for return up to 6 months after purchase but this depends upon the condition of the item as wear and tear is not a reason to return a toy.
