Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards are perfect for when you're short of gift ideas, or want to let that special someone choose their own present.

They can be loaded with up to £250 and used to make purchases online and in any of The Entertainer's stores.

Where can I buy a Gift Card?

Gift Cards are available to buy from any Entertainer store.

E-Gift Cards are available to buy online from The ToyShop.com

Where can I spend my Gift Card?

You can spend your Gift Card or E-Gift Card online at TheToyShop.com and in any Entertainer store.

You can use more than one gift card per transaction. 

How do I save my Gift Card information in case I lose it?
You can register your Gift Card here. 

How much cash can I load onto my Gift Card?

You can purchase or top up a card to a maximum value of £250.

How do I check my balance?

You don’t have to register to check your balance online.

1. Simply visit our Gift Card page
2. Click on the CHECK BALANCE tab at the top
3. Enter the long card number on the back of your Gift Card

You can also check in any Entertainer store.

Here is some information about the Gift Cards we are able to accept and where they can be redeemed

We are only able to accept The Entertainer branded plastic Gift Cards on our website. We are not able to accept any other form of Gift Card such as, Love2Shop and One4All or any form of paper vouchers.

In our stores we are able to accept the following Gift Cards;

• Love2Shop - we are only able to accept the physical plastic cards, we do not accept the paper vouchers. 
• Kids Favourite card from One4All - we do not accept any other card issued by One4All
• The Entertainer plastic Gift Cards and E-vouchers. 

Additional T&Cs

• Gift cards can be used on any purchase (as full or part payment) of goods in The Entertainer UK stores or online at www.TheToyShop.com. Gift cards cannot be used at any The Entertainer concessions within third party retailers.
• If the entire balance of a Gift Card is not spent in one transaction, the remaining balance will remain available on the Gift Card for future use. The card value can be checked in store or via our website www.TheToyShop.com/giftcard
• We regret that we cannot give cash change and the card has no cash value.
• Refunds of purchases made with a gift card will be refunded to a gift card
• This is not a credit, charge, debit or cheque guarantee card.
• This card will expire and any balance reduced to zero if it’s not used for 24 consecutive months
• The minimum amount required to activate or top up a gift card is £5 and the maximum gift card limit is £250
• Gift Cards must be treated like cash and The Entertainer cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards and they will not be replaced.
• The Entertainer reserves the right to add to or vary these terms and conditions on reasonable notice for legal, security or regulatory reasons or to discontinue the gift card scheme at any time in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any such change and action to be taken as a result will be given in advance by notices in The Entertainer stores and on our website www.TheToyShop.com/giftcard.
