You need to create an account with TheToyShop.com and then visit Jacks Birthday Club from the 'My Account' Page to register the children
When we have this information, 3 weeks before the child's birthday* then again 1 week before the birthday, your unique code will be sent giving you a 20% discount on your special birthday order. The code is valid on orders up to the value of £200
*If your registration is less than 3 weeks before the Birthday you will not receive a code until the following year.
Still Not Received Your Code?
When you sign up to Jack's Birthday Club, you are sent a code 3 weeks, then again 7 days, before the date of the birthday.
If you don't receive the code it may be that you have unsubscribed from TheToyShop.com marketing emails.
If you subscribe again and it's over 14 days before the birthday, your code will be resent to you.
I Have Received My Code But It's Not Working
For your birthday code to work, you must be logged into your TheToyShop.com account, using the email address that has been registered with the Birthday Club.
Your code will not work if you log in with Paypal or Amazon Pay
The voucher code must be added to the voucher code box, it will show as redeemed and the discount will be visible at the checkout.
Your Birthday Code will expire at midnight of the Birthday date.
